What size of companies do you work with?
We work with any size companies or even solo entrepreneurs in the idea stage. It’s not so much about size, it’s about making sure we can help and that it’s a fit within our portfolio of companies.
Is there a specific industry you work with?
We have extensive experience in tech space, energy, logistics, medical, hospitality and real estate. But in most cases, our methodologies and processes will be able to help companies in most industries.
What’s the cost of the program?
At the moment we charge clients on an hourly basis. Our services are packaged into blocks of hours that we will put together for your specific solution with the right consultant that can most closely relate to your niche, your idea or problem you are trying to solve. Our consultants’ rates start at $100/hour and go up to $400/hr for more senior and specialized consulting.
What are some of the services you can help companies with?
We can offer a wide range of solutions that span from ideation, setup, growth, operations to turn around. More specifically we will engage with clients on a consulting basis to explore and plan the right strategies, follow ups, etc and then we will also support the venture with all marketing needs.
Is there a long-term contract?
Nope! We will agree on the services needed to achieve pre-defined milestones. Based on the results achieved at each gate we will agree on the next tasks.
Is there a long-term contract? What is the number of hours per block of consulting?
You can get started with a little as 4hr. We also offer 8hr, 16hr, 24hr and 40hr blocks.
